A salt room or salt cave is a space covered in sea salt, creating a microclimate with constant temperature and humidity.
Salt rooms are built in spas and wellness centres, but also in private homes: AQVAM designs and builds your own bespoke salt room.
How it works
Salt in the air
A nebuliser is installed inside the room, dispersing salt into the air so that you breathe it in during the session.
For the room to work properly, precise conditions are needed, and we keep them under control right from the design stage: you will find them in the table below.
